Our Resale Capital Contribution is $4,000, with a 10% discount for current residents. We do not have an application or approval process with the Master Association.
Please contact the properties Neighborhood Homeowners Association to learn more about their resale process. Each neighborhood has their own separate Neighborhood HOA.

Members at Legends Golf & Country Club have the option to transfer the use of amenities to their tenants. The lease transfer is $250 payable to the Master Association and the transfer is for no less than thirty days. Separate approval is required from the appropriate property management company. We ask that you do include a copy of the formal lease with your Legends paperwork, listed below. Renting a home in Legends Golf & Country Club is the best way to experience everything this community has to offer. Whether you rent for a month or a season your Florida escape awaits!
